Customer Issue
The new Studio is taking forever to upload videos. When using Classic Studio, the load speeds are fine, and as fast as expected.
Environment
- Studio | Campaigns > Compose > Video
Issue Details
When uploading videos in the new Studio, intermittently the video never finishes processing (or is perhaps just so slow that the user gives up before it’s finished).
Videos are successfully uploaded to and processed by AWS MediaConvert, but this is not fed back to Studio to update the video block in Compose.
Resolution
At this point, the workaround is to retry later or post the video via Classic Studio. Videos uploaded to Classic Studio can then be embedded in a post in the new Studio using a Code Block.
