Error when trying to update a Topic's settings: User is not allowed to contribute.

Issue Details

When attempting to make a change to a Topic's settings, there is a User is not allowed to contribute error.
For example:

  • Update Topic thumbnail photo.
  • Add an audience.
  • Update end-user submission settings.

Resolution

There is currently no known workaround for this issue.
