Use the UKG Pro report in Insights to understand how your members are using the UKG Pro productivity integration.

Filters
- Time Range - Select the time range for the report. The End date shows the dashboard metrics from that time period. The Start date shows comparison data from that time range in selected reports. For example, Time Range: February 2026 vs. November 2025 shows metrics for February 2026 and a percentage increase/decrease compared to November 2025. The Granularity lets you select the time period. For example Monthly, Yearly, Quarterly.
Report Map
Find out how many members are viewing payslips via the integration or checking their PTO balance. What feature is most popular? Does the usage differ across web and mobile?
Total Interactions
The total number of times users clicked into any UKG Pro integration feature within the selected time period. An interaction is unique, but users in this metric are not, and a single user can make multiple interactions. A user is a member in your community with access to the UKG Pro integration.
The comparison metric shows the percentage increase/decrease compared to the selected Start date time range. This example shows that interactions in the current time range (the selected End date time range) is down by 33% compared to the Start date time range (Nov 2025).
Unique Active Users
The total number of unique users who clicked into any UKG Pro integration feature within the selected time period. A unique user can select multiple features, or a single feature multiple times, but still only counts as one user.
The comparison metric shows the percentage increase/decrease compared to the selected Start date time range. This example shows that interactions in the current time range (the selected End date time range) is down by 50% compared to the Start date time range (Nov 2025).
% of Users Active
The total percentage of all users in your community who clicked into any UKG Pro integration feature within the selected time period.
The comparison metric shows the percentage increase/decrease compared to the selected Start date time range. This example shows that interactions in the current time range (the selected End date time range) is down by 51% compared to the Start date time range (Nov 2025).
Returning Active Users
The total percentage of active users from the current time period (End Date) who were also active in the previous period (Start Date).
Most Common Used UKG Pro Features
The percentage of all active users from your community who interacted with a UKG Pro integration feature. An interaction is a user clicking on any Workday integration feature.
How many members are using the integration to view their payslips? Are members checking their PTO balances here?
Usage Per Device
A breakdown of UKG integration interactions by platform (web and mobile). An interaction is unique, but users in this metric are not, and a single user can make multiple interactions.
UKG Feature Usage Over Time
See how many unique users interact with each UKG feature, highlighting which feature is used the most. Use the Choose View selector to explore trends.
