The UKG Pro integration provides users with Human Resources management software and services. 

Users have instant access to UKG Pro tasks or information directly from Firstup via their web or mobile experience. For example, users can access their payslips directly from the member experience screen without the need to access the UKG Pro app.

To complete the following instructions, please first refer to Enabling UKG Pro Integration. 

Note: This UKG integration currently does not support SSO.

User Access

There are two ways users can access the UKG Pro integration directly from the web or mobile experience:

Shortcuts

Access our UKG Pro side panel directly from Shortcuts at the top of the web or mobile experience. The app's title is configurable and may be named differently in your community.
 

Assistant

Access our UKG Pro side panel from your member experience Assistant. Clicking the lightbulb icon in the bottom right corner opens your Assistant panel.

 

Clicking the application opens the UKG Pro side panel directly in the member experience, showing the available commands: 

• Pay Statements.
• PTO Balance. 

User Login & Session Length

Once this integration configuration is enabled, you can instantly access UKG Pro. There is no session length, but note the data sync is every 24 hours. 

Note: opening the external UKG Pro application from Assistant may require a login. 

Available Commands

The following commands are available for this integration. 

• Either command can be enabled or disabled in your community, provided you have access to this feature.
• These integration commands can be limited to a specific audience in your community. For example, only certain department or location members can access these commands. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager for details. 

Pay Statements 

View your pay statements. The default shows your most recent pay statement. Use the dropdown to change the date range and view previous pay statements within the selected date range. 


 

PTO Balance 

View your PTO balance. See the balance of all available PTO types, and an overall balance.  

Note: The data sync for this integration is every 24 hours. The PTO shown reflects the current sync shown from the timestamp under the balance.
