The SAP SuccessFactors integration provides users with access to Human Resources management software and services.

Users have instant access to SAP SuccessFactors tasks or information directly from Firstup via their web or mobile experience. For example, users can access key HR information, such as pay details, time-off balances, or absence-related tasks, directly from the member experience without the need to access the SAP SuccessFactors app.

The SAP SuccessFactors integration helps streamline the employee experience by bringing important HR information into Firstup, reducing the need for additional logins and making it easier for employees to find what they need in one convenient location.

User Access

There are two ways users can access the SAP SuccessFactors productivity integration directly from the web or mobile experience:

Shortcuts

Access our SAP SuccessFactors side panel directly from Shortcuts at the top of the web or mobile experience. The app's title is configurable and may be named differently in your community.

Assistant

Access our SAP SuccessFactors side panel from your member experience Assistant. Clicking the lightbulb icon in the bottom right corner opens your Assistant panel.

User Login & Session Length

Once this integration configuration is enabled, you can instantly access SAP SuccessFactors. 
 

Available Commands

Clicking the application opens the SAP SuccessFactors side panel directly in the member experience, showing the available commands: 

• Approve Time Off Requests 
• Payslips 
• Request Time Off 
• Time Off Balance

Approve Time Off Requests

Approve or request time off requests directly from your web or mobile experience.

Payslips

View your SAP SuccessFactors payslips directly from your web or mobile experience. The default shows your most recent payslip. Use the dropdown to change the date range and view previous payslips within the selected date range. 

Request Time Off

Request time off directly from your web or mobile experience. You can select the dates, the type of time off, the duration, and deduct time off request from leave type (time off types depend on your SAP Success Factors configuration). 

Time Off Balance

View your time off balance directly from your web or mobile experience. View your balances by the selected from date.

View Time Off Requests 

View your time off requests directly from your web or mobile experience. Requests include approved, submitted, and rejected requests. You can cancel approved and submitted requests.
