The Unsubscribed Users List report will be removed in the 6 October 2026 release. This custom Support-maintained report is being retired in favor of the productized Email Management experience, which is the supported place to view and manage email subscription status.

Why you may have this report

The Unsubscribed Users List is a free custom report. Support enables it on request when a customer contacts us about issues caused by user email unsubscribes. It is not a standard product report and is not enabled for all customers.

What to use instead

Use Email Management to:

• View all unsubscribed email users.
• Resubscribe users in bulk.

View a User's Profile to:

• View and manage a specific user from their profile.

What is changing

From 6 October, the Unsubscribed Users List report will no longer be available or supported. Please update any saved links, internal guidance, or processes that refer to it.

Why we are making this change

The retired report is a custom Support-maintained report with known data issues, including cases where the unsubscribe reason or email address can be inaccurate. Retiring it lets us focus on the supported Email Management experience and planned improvements to it.
