Advanced Profile is a premium feature that expands on the functionality available in the Basic Profile. It provides members in the web and mobile app experience access to full account profiles, contact information, visible activity, and enhanced reporting.
Members can search for and view profiles in their community directory and view member organizational charts.

Advanced Profile offers full member profiles with visible personal attributes, contact details, organizational charts, previous posts, topics they follow, and additional metadata for enhanced reporting.
Basic profiles only display a member's name, pronouns, birthday, and previous posts:
Profile
Advanced Profile includes additional attributes. These are great for large-scale and remote companies, where members have more visibility over their colleagues.
These profile attributes include:
- Profile info - Name, pronouns, profile bio, role, department, birthday.
- Contact info - Email address, phone number(s), external channel contacts, line manager.
- Location info - Work location, home location, preferred language.
- Work info - Role, start date, business unit, user type.
Search Directory
Search for members in your community's Directory section. This section allows members to search for colleagues' contact, work, and profile information.
Organizational Chart
View each member's organizational chart by selecting the option from their profile.
Note: This chart only displays two levels above or below the member's hierarchy.
