Accept Apple terms and conditions to allow Firstup to manage your mobile Custom App Submissions and Updates. Do this by accessing your Apple developer account.
Before You Start
These instructions are intended for customers with a Firstup custom mobile app, and your company's Apple developer account holder.
Step 1: Confirm the Account Holder
- Sign in: https://developer.apple.com/account.
- In the top-right corner, click your user name.
- Go to Membership Details.
- Check the Role listed on the account:
- If the Role is Account Holder - accept Apple agreements.
- If the Role is Admin (or anything else), you cannot accept new terms and conditions. Only the Account Holder can accept Apple Developer Program license agreements.
If you are not listed as the Account Holder:
- Find out who originally enrolled in the Apple Developer Program. This person must sign in to complete the agreement.
- If you cannot find this person, request an Account Holder transfer from Apple Developer Support (http://developer.apple.com).
Step 2: Accept Apple Terms and Conditions
Note: If new agreements are pending, a banner appears at the top of the screen.
- Select Review Agreement.
- Read and confirm the agreement.
- Select Agree to accept.
To manually check for any pending agreements:
- Navigate to Membership Details.
- Select Pending Agreements.
- If no agreements are visible:
- Confirm you are signed in with the correct Apple ID.
- Confirm the account role is Account Holder.
- Try signing out and back in.
- Try a different browser or clear cache.
- Check the App Store Connect (https://appstoreconnect.apple.com) - Agreements, Tax and Banking section.
- If agreements are still not visible:
- Contact Apple Developer Support (http://developer.apple.com)
- Try using the direct URL.
- Try a different browser.
- Try this URL: https://developer.apple.com/account/#/membership/$AppleTeamID (replace $AppleTeamID with your actual ID), as sometimes the UI fails to load the notification banner.
Note: Log out, clear browser cache, use a different browser (Safari/Chrome), or use Incognito/Private mode to avoid cached site data.
- Check for Request or Amendments.
- If the issue is in App Store Connect, you may need to click the Request button next to an amendment to see the agreement.
- Navigate to Agreements, Tax and Banking, and select any Pending or Request items.
- If the issue is in App Store Connect, you may need to click the Request button next to an amendment to see the agreement.
- Sign in via mobile or a different device, as sometimes the pop-up appears on mobile devices when failing on desktop devices. Sign in to Apple Developer on a phone browser to see if the Review Agreement prompt appears.
- Verify Account Type.
- If you are using a Managed Apple Account (Apple Business/School Manager), you may not have authorization to accept legal agreements. The organization must grant permissions in Apple Business Manager. If all else fails: The final solution is to contact Apple Developer Support, as the issue may be on their server side.
