Monthly Usage Details
Below the credit balance, the Calendar selector lets you choose a specific month and year to review historical usage data. Selecting a different month updates all of the cards and charts below it.
Summary Cards
Three cards summarize activity for the selected month:
- Credits Used – Total credits consumed during the selected month, with the change compared to the prior month shown below it.
- Total Searches – The total number of search queries run during the selected month, with the month-over-month change.
- Unique Users – The number of unique users who used AI features during the selected month, with the month-over-month change.
Together, these cards help you quickly see whether usage is trending up or down, and whether that trend is driven by more searches, more users, or both.
Activity by Feature
This bar chart breaks down credit consumption by feature, Assistant vs. Search, for the selected month. Each bar shows:
- The total credits used by that feature
- The feature name and its associated credit total below the bar
This view helps identify which feature is driving the bulk of credit usage, which can be useful when forecasting future consumption or identifying adoption trends between features.
Access Platform
The donut chart on the right shows the breakdown of usage by platform, Web vs. Mobile, for the selected month. The percentage label indicates the share of activity that occurred on each platform.
This is useful for understanding where your users are engaging with AI features, which can inform decisions about platform-specific support, training, or feature rollouts.
Tips For Using This Dashboard
- Check the credit balance regularly to avoid running low before your renewal date.
- Use the Calendar selector to compare usage across multiple months and spot trends.
- If Credits Used or Total Searches drop sharply month over month, consider checking in with users or teams to understand why adoption may have declined.
- Use the Activity by Feature breakdown alongside Unique Users to gauge whether usage is concentrated among a few power users or spread across your organization.
