Change the look of single-block campaigns by changing the cover type.
The default cover type for campaigns containing more than one block is Standard. This uses a title, description and cover image to create a card in the web and mobile feeds. Clicking the post will display the full article.
If you select Standard as the cover type, the user has to click/tap into the content and then launch the video or link from inside. Selecting Standard essentially makes the post an Article.
If you want users to be able to view the full description or be able to have a few paragraphs of text, you would choose Standard. Selecting Standard also allows you to display specific styling that you want to show in the post, which a Video gallery card does not support. Users will have to click/tap into the content and then launch the video from inside.
A cover type of image can be used for campaigns containing only an image block, either a single image or multi-image. This cover type uses only a cover image and description.
A cover type of video can be used for campaigns containing only a video block. Users can play the video right from the feed with this cover type.
Title and description can be specified and the video preview image will be used as the cover image.
A cover type of link can be used for campaigns containing only a link block. Users clicking a link post on mobile will be taken straight to the link. Sharing a link post shares only the embedded link and not he post containing the link.
Cover Types and Microapps
Microapps can be configured to only display specific post formats. These correspond to the cover type.
