If an organization has more than one IdP configured with dual authentication enabled, users will see an additional IdP selection screen when signing in to their member experience.

When accessing your community via Find Your Community, community selection occurs before IdP selection.

Will this impact existing login experiences?
Yes, for users logging into programs with multiple identity providers enabled, they will see a new step to select their identity provider, but overall access and functionality remain unchanged.
Will users need to select their identity provider each time they sign in to the mobile app, or will the platform remember their selection for future sign-ins?
No. Users remain signed in as long as their session with Firstup or their identity provider (e.g., Okta) is still active.
Will this impact dual authentication?
No, this capability does not impact dual authentication. Existing dual authentication functionality for the member experience will continue to work as it does today.
Is this available for both Studio and Experience?
Yes, multiple identity providers will be supported for both Creator Studio and the member experience, ensuring consistent authentication across platforms without disrupting access.
Is there a limit to the number configured?
We will support customers setting up up to 5 identity providers.
Will active consent still work the same way with Multiple SSO?
There will be no impact to active consent.
