Exporting Multiple Users
You can download a CSV file of one or more users from the Users page by using the checkboxes to select specific users and then clicking on Export.
The export text will indicate the number of users that will be in the file. Clicking Confirm will automatically prepare the download, which can be opened from the download tray, as well as by navigating to Configure > User Exports.
Note: User export jobs are only accessible via the User Exports page for 2 weeks post-export.
The exported CSV file has columns for first name, last name, user email address, and additional data. Some fields may be blank for a user depending on your community's setup.
By default, the export will include all users that meet the currently selected filters. You could also filter to Community Admins to export only Community Admins, or filter to Registered users to only export Registered users.
