Foster a more engaged and connected community with Expanded Reactions for both posts and comments in the member experience.
- Understanding content sentiment: You can gauge a post's reception beyond a simple ‘like’, distinguishing if content is merely popular (👍) versus deeply impactful (💡) or celebratory (🎉).
- Expressing nuanced feedback on announcements: You can use reactions like Care (🤗) or Love (❤️) to show empathy or strong support for company announcements, such as new wellness initiatives or community outreach programs.
- Gathering qualitative data at scale: The diverse reactions provide a quick, at-a-glance way to collect qualitative feedback on a post without requiring you to write a full comment.
Before You Start
