In the new Studio, the Classic Studio concepts of ‘Content’ and ‘Campaign’ have merged into one - ‘Campaign’. This is the fundamental difference between Classic Studio and the new Studio. This change enables organizations to more easily reach everyone in their workforce, no matter what their preferred communication channel is, and reduces the need to duplicate communications in order to send to multiple channels.
Given that any type of content can be delivered directly to email, opening such an email is equivalent to clicking to open the content in the member experience feed or via a microapp, and is now counted as such in reporting to give an accurate picture of the total number of users who are viewing content.
How to Access Metrics
