Generate print-ready PDF versions of campaigns for offline sharing, printing, review, or compliance purposes. PDF exports help ensure important messages remain accessible to employees who rely on printed materials or have limited access to digital channels. Each PDF export includes the full campaign content, along with traceability details such as the export date and time, exporter's name, and a QR code that links directly to the live campaign in the mobile app
- One-click PDF download: Generate printable PDFs directly from campaigns.
- Print-optimized layout: The PDF is formatted for clarity and readability while preserving the campaign's content and structure.
- Flexible distribution: Print or share PDFs externally for bulletin boards, handouts, meetings, or other offline communication needs.
- Traceability: Each PDF includes export details and a QR code that links to the live campaign in the mobile app.
Requirements
Campaign PDF export is available only under the following conditions:
- PDF export has been enabled for your community by a Brand Super Admin in Configure.
- PDF export has also been enabled for the individual campaign on the Deliver page.
- The campaign has been published and accessed from the member experience on the web.
Campaign PDF export is not available:
- In the mobile app.
- In a mobile web browser.
- For email-only customers.
- In Creator Studio.
How is Dynamic Content Handled?
PDF exports render campaign content the same way as the campaign's email version.
Because the export is generated from the member web experience, the PDF reflects the version of the campaign currently visible to the user. For example, if the campaign uses Audience Block Targeting or other personalized content, the exported PDF will contain the version that the user is eligible to view.
Enable Campaign PDF Export for Campaigns
Assuming that the Campaign PDF Export feature is enabled for entire community, campaign creators can toggle the Allow exporting as a PDF option ON or OFF for each individual campaign under the Deliver page.
Export a Campaign PDF
- Open the campaign in the member experience on the web.
- Click Export PDF.
The system generates a printer-friendly PDF that you can print or save. Anyone with the printed PDF can scan the included unique QR code to open the live campaign in the mobile app.
Note: The QR code is supported on iOS and Android devices and requires the Firstup mobile app and appropriate access to the campaign. If you do not have the mobile app downloaded, the QR code scan will direct you to the login page on a browser app (e.g., Safari/Google Chrome)
