Here's what we’re unlocking for your organization.

Firstup, Right Inside Copilot and ChatGPT (MCP)

Your people increasingly live in AI assistants. Now your trusted, secure Firstup content and resources live there too. 

Using Model Context Protocol (MCP), employees can search and reference your communications, topics, people, notifications, integrated systems, and more, directly inside Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT. Every answer is governed, sourced, and cited. 

Fewer tabs, faster answers, and content that finally gets used where work happens.

PDF Export

A huge part of your workforce is still reached through print and in-person. Now you can turn your polished campaigns into clean, print-ready PDFs in one click, complete with a QR code that opens the live campaign in the app. 

Reach your frontline where they are, and pull them into your digital experience while you do it.

Enhanced Push Notifications

Make sure your most important messages get seen and acted on. 

Richer notifications now carry images and expanded content right in the alert, plus faster, more reliable delivery on iOS and Android.

Dayforce Integration

Basic HR tasks should take seconds. 

Employees can now view their payslips, time-off balances, and requests from Dayforce right inside Firstup on web or mobile, instead of hunting through a separate app.

SAP SuccessFactors Integration

Turn communication into action. 

With our new read-and-write SAP SuccessFactors integration, employees and managers complete real HR tasks inside Firstup, from viewing payslips and balances to submitting time off, approving requests, and updating personal details that write straight back to SAP. 

A single-pane-of-glass to help your employees get more done in less time.

Custom Homepage Enhancements

A homepage that fits each person drives more of the engagement you care about. 

Employees can now personalize their own shortcuts while admins keep critical links pinned. Web and mobile banners can be configured separately with cleaner layouts, and a new Featured Content detail view keeps high-value content above the fold.

AI Search Enhancements: Chat History and Credit Reporting

Get more out of AI, with more control. 

Employees can now return to past AI conversations so they never lose a helpful answer, while leaders get a new AI Usage Report in Creator Studio showing credits used and remaining in real time.

Alias Commenting

Let teams speak with one authoritative voice. 

Authorized users can now comment as a team, brand, or persona instead of their personal profile, so departments show up in discussions with confidence while admins keep full accountability behind the scenes.

Email Reachability Management

And last but certainly not least, the #1 most requested enhancement from all of you. 

The new Email Management page shows Brand Super Admins exactly who is unsubscribed and why, with one-click bulk resubscribe to restore reachability, no support ticket required.
