Use the Microapp Overview report in Insights to get a detailed look at your microapps' performance. These insights can help guide your content and resources strategy by reviewing the engagement and exposure your content receives.

Filters
- Date Range - The date of activity. This filter restricts both the available campaigns and the displayed engagement data. It is applied to all data in this report.
- Initiatives - Display activity by delivered initiatives. This filter is applied to all data in this report.
- Topics - Display activity by certain topics. This filter is applied to all data in this report.
- Publisher - Filter campaign data by the user who created the content. This filter is applied to all data in this report.
- Author Alias - Filter data by the selected author alias from the campaign delivery. This filter is applied to all data in this report.
- View By - This filter is applied to the ‘Usage By Segment’ data. View Microapp activity by User Attribute, Time, Content Attributes or Usage Attributes.
- Microapp Name - Display activity by Microapp titles. This filter is applied to all data in this report.
- View By Min Threshold - This filter is applied to the 'Usage by Segment' data and filters the Avg User Opened metric by the set value.
- Content Type - If your microapp has more content than articles, you can filter the data by specific types of content. These content types are selected form the Content > Post Format section within the Microapps setup pane. This filter is applied to all data in this report.
- Table Limit - This filter is applied to the 'Usage Details' and the 'Microapp Details' data and limits the number of table rows to the set value.

User Attributes - Filter microapp data by specific user attributes. Ex. Filtering by 'City' will return data only for users in that city.
Limitation Note: When filtering by User Attributes > Select All, each attribute value is pulled into the URL once the report is filtered. Due to URL limitations, filtering by attributes with a very large number of values may return a 414 error.

Reached Users How many people are seeing the content? Is this a good number relative to how you count your users? For example, relative to all employees? Or just employees on the mobile app? |
Engagement How often are people reacting to your content? Does your platform have content encouraging clicks, likes, shares, bookmarks, and comments? Could you include stronger calls to action? |
Opened The number of reached users who opened at least one piece of content

Avg Posts Opened The average number of posts each user opened How much of your microapp content is engaging your audience? |
Usage By Segment A look at reached user trends. This table shows the number of reached users and the average amount of content in the microapp opened within your selected view by filter. You can use this to judge engagement by comparing reached user numbers with average content opens. Does a high content open average show consumed content? |
Usage Details A more detailed look at the reached user trends. See the average amount of content opened per user, the total amount of opened content and the open rate. Compare the open rates with your average opens per person and your reached users. How do these numbers compare? |

Microapps The number of microapps with activity in your date range Use this number to compare how many microapps are reaching your users. |
Microapp Details A detailed list of every microapp, in order of greatest number of reached users Drill into the details of each microapp. |

Microapp Locations A location is an instance where a microapp is used, i.e. a direct link, iframe, etc. Use this number to track how many microapps are in use. |
