Use the Audience Details report in Insights to understand your audiences. Find out how many users are in your audiences, how engaged they are, and take a look at newly created and registering users within your audiences.
Filters
Default Filters
- Date Range - The date activity. It is applied to all data in this report.
- View Time By - This filter is applied to the 'User Trend' and 'User Trend Details' data. View this data trend by week, day, month or quarter.
- New Users Table Limit - This filter is applied to the 'Newly Created Users' and 'Newly Registered Users' tables and limits the number of rows to the set value.
- View By - This filter is applied to the 'User Trend Detail' data. View this data by user attributes, time, content attributes or usage attributes.
All Filters
- All Filters > User Attributes - Filter search data by specific user attributes. Ex. Filtering by 'City' will return data only for users in that city.
Report Map
Total Users The total amount of users (members) in your community in all statuses within the set date range. |
Are Registered The percentage of registered users from the total users in your community.

New Users The number of users added during the set date range. This includes all user statuses.

New Registrations The number of users who registered during the set date range, including users who are now blocked.

User Trend A comparison of total users, registered users and reached users within the set date range. This data is sorted by the View Time By filter.
