Use the Assistant Command Usage report in Insights for a detailed look at how your members engage with Assistant from their member experience home screen, and what shortcuts gain the most traffic.
This report gives you data on all shortcuts set up in your member experience, and includes metrics for both internal shortcuts within your member experience, and any shortcuts to external links or integrations you may have configured.
Filters
- Date Range - The date range of usage data. This filter is applied to all data in this report and restricts the displayed data.
- View By - This filter is applied to the 'Targeted Link Clicks' and the 'Quick Links' data. Display engagement data by User Attributes, Time, Content Attributes, or Usage Attributes.
- Table Limit- This filter limits the number of table rows to the set value.
Report Map
Users Clicked The number of unique users who clicked on a shortcut or external URL in assistant or shortcuts. |
Services Used The number of unique services (quick links) clicked on by users. |
Links Clicked The total number of links clicked on by users. |
% Users Clicked The percentage of viewers who have clicked on one or more targeted links. |
Targeted Link Clicks The default is week of year within your selected date range. Change the segment using the View By filter. Is there a particular user attribute (i.e. a certain department) with a high volume of clicks? |
Quick Link Clicks The default is by day of the week. Change the segment using the View By filter. When are your users clicking on links? Are your community more active at different times? |

Targeted Link Clicks This table shows the total number of clicks per service. What services are your users clicking on the most? |
Click Count by Link This table shows the total amount of users that clicked each service, and the total amount of clicks from these users.
Note: Where a "-" is displayed indicates where a click occurred, but the event did not contain a URL. This typically happens when the clicked event is generated on certain mobile devices (iOS and Android) that do not consistently provide URL information. |
