The Direct Delivery Defaults settings allow Brand Super Admins to set the default delivery behavior that's applied to all future campaigns, including saved templates that don't already have delivery settings configured.
You'll find this section in Creator Studio under Configure > Content Campaign Settings.
Changes made here set the default behavior going forward. They don't retroactively change delivery settings on campaigns or templates that already have delivery settings configured.
Forced Delivery Default
When Forced Delivery is enabled, every recipient receives the campaign on all channels selected for that campaign, rather than only their preferred or highest-priority channel.
- OFF (Default): Firstup delivers to each recipient's preferred/highest-priority channel among those selected.
- ON: Firstup delivers to every selected channel for every recipient.
Engagement Boost Defaults
Engagement Boost settings optimize campaign delivery based on audience behavior, preferences, and competing communications.

| Optimized Delivery | ON | Sends the campaign to each audience member at the best time based on their individual viewing habits, rather than exactly at the selected publish time. |
| Automatic Re-targeting | ON | Automatically attempts to resend the campaign to recipients who haven't opened or acknowledged it within a selected duration. |
Turning both settings off changes campaign delivery to a single, one-time send at the exact selected publish time, with no re-send attempts.

Restore Recommended Defaults
- Forced Delivery: OFF
- Optimized Delivery: ON
- Automatic Re-targeting: ON
The button is only active (selectable) when your current settings differ from the recommended defaults.
