Customer Issue
When trying to edit specific topics with Knowledge Hubs, an error displays showing "Unable to find Block".

Issue Details
It is believed that some blocks using Audience Block Targeting in a topic's "About" page are resulting in an error like "Unable to find Block" when that block is copied to create the draft version of a Topic.
Resolution
At this time there is no known solution for this issue.

This issue has been mitigated for already impacted topics and a fix for the root cause is in active development.
