Users are unable to see delivery metrics or insights data for campaigns they have access to.

 

 

Environment

  • Creator Studio | Campaign Insights

 

Issue Details

When viewing delivery metrics for a campaign, Content Publishers' are currently restricts insights visibility based on the publisher relationship rather than access permissions.

Users can only see metrics for campaigns they personally published. Other users with valid access see “0” for all metrics and the note “Showing data for your assigned audiences only.”

 

Resolution

Ask the campaign publisher (or a user with higher permissions) to view or share the metrics.
