Customer Issue
"The system has a difficult time reacting dynamically to show tools/actions when it's supposed to. I have been trying to add a contact block from the library (not available in the side menu). The + to add the block is not appearing now matter how many times I hover. This happens often with editing tools as well. I have to repeatedly click and and out of a content block, scrolling around randomly, for the correct tools to show. When this is happening, it takes forever to edit something. "

Issue Details
Users have reported issues with hover interactions, particularly with shorter blocks in the library. The current hitbox areas within content cause inconsistent hover behavior, making it difficult to open or avoid opening the drawer as intended.
Resolution
Engineering is actively working on proposed interaction refinements aim to improve usability and reduce frustration by refining how and when the drawer appears.
