Customer Issue

I created an audience by uploading a CSV to User Imports, but when I view it, I see an error.

• Creator Studio | Audience Builder

Issue Details

When an admin uploads a CSV to User Imports, we create a "Snapshot" audience of those users.

When viewing this audience in the audience builder, the following error appears, even though it is not applicable to this type of audience:

Unavailable attributes

Some attributes used in this audience are no longer available. Update or remove the highlighted attributes before saving

Resolution

This error can be ignored as it is strictly a "visual" bug and has no effect on functionality. Admins can safely send campaigns to this audience or use it for any other purpose, just as before.
